Rockland Recovery Behavioral Health recently expanded their service area when they opened a new location at 374 Old Post Road in Sharon. Their new facility offers a range of different therapies including mental health therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, internal family systems, and acceptance & commitment therapy. They offer multiple programs including mental health programs, men’s program, women’s program, intensive outpatient program, and partial hospitalization program.
In many cases, mental health is seen as being underneath behavioral health. This means that behaviors can impact mental health and vice versa.
