The Metro South Chamber helped Gather Health cut the ribbon at the grand opening ceremony of their new Brockton location on October 10. We were joined by Mayor of Brockton Bob Sullivan, Tim Sullivan Brockton School Committee, Senator Mike Brady, and State Rep Michelle DuBois.

Gather Health, 179 Quincy Street in Brockton, is a primary care facility servicing older adults on Medicare. They are focused on building dedicated teams to meet the individual needs of their patients at the practice, at home, or in the community – noting the importance of tackling social barriers to health care like isolation and the ability to control your care plan with shared decision-making and holistic support.

With locations in Quincy, Lynn, and now Dorchester and Brockton, Dr. Brent Asplin, CEO says “Gather is running to the neighborhoods that others are running away from in terms of primary care access. We want to be accessible. We want to be part of the community. We want to hire team members from the community.”
