Qualifications:
- Must be a First Time Homebuyer purchasing in the City of Brockton
- Must work with a Brockton Housing Partnership Leader (Bluestone Bank, Cape Cod Five, Dedham Savings, Eastern Bank, HarborOne Mortgage, Hometown Mortgage, North Easton Savings Bank, Rockland Federal Credit Union, Rockland Trust, Salem Five Bank, South Shore Bank, The Bank of Canton)
- Must have a valid HUD & CHAPA certified First Time Homebuyer Education Certificate
- Must provide all required documentation
The fine print: Submitting an application is not a guarantee to receive funding. Funds are limited, and will be available on a first come first serve basis. All documents must be submitted via the secure application portal to be considered for approval. Must be a first time homebuyer, this information will be verified via the Registry ofDeeds.
