The Metro South Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that Emma Penardi, IOM, Vice President of Communications & Special Projects, has graduated from the Institute for Organization Management, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s premier nonprofit professional development program, and earned the IOM designation. This recognition marks her completion of 96 hours of advanced coursework in nonprofit management.
