On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, the Metro South Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the newly renovated Sharon Orthodontics office at 374 S. Main Street in Sharon, Massachusetts. The event brought together local business leaders, neighbors, and patients for an afternoon of celebration. We were joined by Metro South Chamber Ambassadors, members of the Sharon Select Board—Kiana Baskin, Hannah Switlekowski, Xander Shapiro, and Sam Liao—along with representatives from Senator Paul Feeney’s office and 8th Norfolk Representative Edward Philips.
Guests had the opportunity to tour the updated office, which now features a modern and welcoming design. The renovation was thoughtfully executed by Carine Vonleh, Instrada Premiere Interiors, known for their transformative and chic designs. Their expertise has enhanced the patient experience by creating a space that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Folks toured the updated office, enjoyed treats from the Crescent Ridge ice cream truck, and participated in raffles and giveaways, including opportunities to win services such as Invisalign and teeth whitening. Attendees remarked on the welcoming atmosphere and the thoughtful design of the refreshed space.
Sharon Orthodontics, led by Dr. Sahar Mostafavi, provides comprehensive orthodontic care for patients of all ages. The practice offers traditional metal and clear braces, lingual (invisible) braces, Invisalign®, TMJ treatment, and virtual consultations. Sharon Orthodontics emphasizes individualized treatment plans, patient education, and clear communication at every step, aiming to create healthy, functional, and confident smiles.
Dr. Sahar Mostafavi earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University in 2017, completed a General Practice Residency at Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital, and obtained her specialty certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, New York. Since returning to Massachusetts, she has served patients across Sharon and the surrounding communities, including Avon, Canton, Foxboro, Mansfield, Walpole, Holbrook, Stoughton, Easton, Raynham, Franklin, Norwood, Attleboro, Quincy, and Bridgewater.
The ribbon cutting ceremony was a memorable event that highlighted both the refreshed office and Sharon Orthodontics’ ongoing commitment to excellence in orthodontic care. The celebration reinforced the practice’s connection to the Metro South community and offered neighbors, patients, and business leaders a chance to come together in support of local growth and innovation.
