Your Presenter, David Beal, has over thirty years of experience as an employment lawyer, most recently with the Employment and Labor Law Department at The Prudential Insurance Company of America. He has provided counseling and training to internal HR and management clients regarding compliance with all federal and state employment and labor laws including laws relating to workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, wage and hour laws, the National Labor Relations Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, family and medical leave laws, laws applicable to federal contractors, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, credit and criminal background checks and drug testing, paid sick leave, and laws relating to restrictive covenants; and best practices relating to artificial intelligence, worker classification, workplace reorganizations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and contingent workforce management.
