Topic: Financing
Your small business is “bankable” if a typical bank would be willing to offer you financing, such as a loan to buy more equipment, launch a new product line, or further grow what is already working. Becoming bankable is an exciting accomplishment for any business owner, and it is achievable. (Contrary to popular belief, banks are eager to lend to small businesses and have more services designed for them than ever.) However, in order to be bankable, you need to know how to talk about your business’ numbers and present your story in a compelling manner.
The speakers will show you how to:
- Be the Banker: Learn how banks decide whether you are bankable.
- Make a Book: Learn which documents you will need to collect in order to apply.
- Tell Your Story: Learn the secrets to crafting an attractive business narrative.
Our expert speakers include: Karen Baldeschwieler, Mavis Chin, Monica Meadows and Stacey Coombs, all with Zenagos, a small business consulting firm based in Quincy.
