CWE in collaboration with Choate Hall & Stewart LLP, will be offering legal one-to-one consultations in the following topics:

• Helping to form entities
• Reviewing contracts (ones that are corporate in nature, e.g. not IP)
• Drafting bylaws or other organizational documents

Each consultation will last 1 hour within the time period of 9-12, and clients registered will need to register here and submit a Pre-Session Consultation Form to be scheduled.
