About the Speakers

Eric Shupin is the Chief Executive Officer of Citizens’ Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA), where he leads the organization’s efforts to advance housing affordability and access across Massachusetts. He previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities, helping establish the cabinet-level housing secretariat and leading the development and implementation of the $5.2 billion Affordable Homes Act. Shupin previously served as CHAPA’s Director of Public Policy, where he shaped state and federal housing advocacy and coalition-building efforts.
