Brockton – Where Better Begins, has recently been adopted as a brand for the city of Brockton. Mayor Bob Sullivan, The Eastern Bank Foundation and the Metro South Chamber of Commerce worked collaboratively with CTP advertising agency to develop the updated brand. A digital video highlighting the very best of Brockton was developed over the past six months and presented at a special reception held on the campus of Massasoit Community College. Additional marketing featuring the updated brand includes information boards, highway billboards, rack cards, print ads and a dozen new transit signs displayed on Brockton Area Transit buses. “This initiative is only possible because of the generous and proactive support/ collaboration between the public and private sector here in Brockton. I want to thank the Mayor, Bob Rivers of Eastern Bank and Mike Lambert of BAT who have made this marketing possible.”, said Chris Cooney, president, and CEO of the Metro South Chamber of Commerce.
